Will Novena be CE certified? I guess that people could get troubles in some european countries if it won't be CE certified.
I heard that it does not cost too much to do it.

It would be nice if Novena could be certified but, as stated in the crowdsupply campaign, Novena isn't a "finished end product", it's more like a development board. In that way, comparable to the rPI or BeagleBone:

Anyway, when I get my Novena I may be able to perform some EMC testing at work... at least radiated and conducted emissions... I could also do conducted immunity, but for that... I could face destroying the battery board
I agree that the board alone isn´t a "finished end product", but I am not so sure about the Desktop, Laptop and Heirloom edition also qualify for this exception.
I'm pretty sure in the end the RPi guys had to scramble near release and actually get the board tested. The !"finished end product" loophole didn't work for them.
